How does data influence decisions in sports—and beyond? In this interactive, hands-on workshop, participants will discover how organizations use data to make smarter decisions and explore one of the fastest-growing areas in computer science: data analytics.

Dr. FE Bordeleau will begin with an introduction to the fundamentals of data analytics before participants step into the world of sports analytics through an interactive simulation developed by the ERPsim Lab at HEC Montréal. Using pre-built dashboards in SAP Analytics Cloud and the Business Builders platform, attendees will analyze real sports data, uncover insights, and experience how analytics can be used to solve real-world challenges.
