    Explore our beautiful campus for an in-person guided tour with one of our current students.

    In-Person Tours

    Explore Dalhousie’s campus led by a Student Ambassador on a walking tour! Tours will be mainly outside and will include visits to academic buildings, the Ruminant Animal Centre, Library, Aquaculture Centre, Athletic Facility, and Residence Showroom. Following the tour, you’ll be able to speak to an Advisor who can answer any questions you have about Dalhousie.

    • Starting Location: Enrolment Services Centre, 21 Cox Road
    • Campus: Agricultural Campus (Truro)
    • Tour Length: 90 minutes (includes tour and post-tour talk with Advisor)
    Currently we are unable to view a residence room, due to quiet hours restrictions during the exam period. If this is a concern for you please reach out so we can book at tour at an alternate date. We appreciate your patience!

    Winter Weather Advisory

    Please be aware that during the winter months, Dalhousie campuses may close due to adverse weather conditions. In the event of a closure, we will make every effort to re-accommodate our guests on tour and will reach out to you via phone and email with updates. 

    For guests traveling for campus tours, we recommend planning to return home the day after your tour, if possible. This way, we can typically arrange for a tour on the day following any closures. A note that Dalhousie is unable to cover any travel costs that are related to university closures impacting campus tours. Thank you for your understanding!

    Schedule a Group Tour

    We welcome schools and groups to book customized tours with us! To secure your visit, please fill out our Group Visit Request Form.

    Please note: A group visit can be customized depending on your student’s interests and availability on our campus on the visit date. Activities could include a campus tour, interactive sessions, a meeting with an advisor, and lunch.
