Connect with a Dalhousie Student!

Choosing the right university is a big decision, and who better to help than a current student who’s been in your shoes? Our "Ask a Student" program connects you with real Dalhousie students who can answer your questions about academics, student life, and what it’s like to live in Halifax.

    How It Works

    1. Find Your Match
Search for current Dalhousie students based on your program of interest, hometown, or shared interests and experiences.

    2. Ask Your Questions
Submit the questionnaire form below with your questions and get honest, firsthand answers from someone who knows the Dalhousie experience inside and out, either through email correspondence or a virtual connect

    3. Discover Dalhousie
Learn about life on campus, tips for success, and what makes our campus community so unique.

Please note: Our students are unable to give advice on admissions, course registration and selection, or scholarships and financial aid. Please visit dal.ca/connect to connect with the advisor supporting students from your region.
